My Story
Enchanted Beginnings grew from my own journey of learning how to begin again.
Life has taken me through loss, unexpected changes, personal growth, serious health challenges, and moments that changed the way I see myself and the world around me. Through it all, I learned that a new beginning does not always arrive the way we imagine it will.
My own journey led me deeper into sound, energy, Reiki, crystals, Tibetan singing bowls, spirituality, science, and the connection between our inner world and how we experience our lives. What began as my own exploration became something I wanted to share with others.
As an author, speaker, metaphysical practitioner, and sound & energy practitioner, I bring together lived experience, education, and the practices I have come to love to create a space where others can pause, reconnect, explore, and discover what may resonate with them.
I don’t believe beginning again means erasing what came before us. Sometimes it simply means realizing there may still be something beautiful ahead.

More About Me
There is more to me than any one title or chapter of my life. I am an author, speaker, metaphysical practitioner, sound & energy practitioner, wife, mother, grandmother, businesswoman, and a two-time cancer survivor. For more than 23 years, I have also worked in affordable housing, helping people and families find a place to call home.
My life has carried me through profound loss, unexpected change, serious illness, recovery, personal growth, and some beautiful new beginnings. Each experience has shaped the way I see people, purpose, connection, and what it means to keep moving forward.
Today, I bring all of those parts of myself into the work I do — not because I have every answer, but because I have lived enough to know that life can change us, surprise us, challenge us, and still offer us something new.
Recognition & Credentials
My work as a metaphysical practitioner is supported by continued education and training in sound, energy, Reiki, crystals, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and other practices that have become an important part of what I share through Enchanted Beginnings™.
In 2025, I was honored to be recognized as #23 “Sound & Energy Healer of the Year” by the Global Sound Practitioner Alliance.
My training through Life Changing Energy is CMA-accredited and also allows me to teach approved certification courses, giving me another way to share what I have learned with others who want to explore these practices more deeply.
